[2021] Game crahing

My game keeps crashing when ever i try and play. This has been going on since the new season dropped and i can get as far as the operator select screen with no issues. The game will then have a lag spike when I confirm my operator and then it wont load any of the operators pictures or load outs and occasionally i will be able to play the prep phase or if im lucky ill be able to play the full game (i have only played 3 games to the end since the season has come out and ive tried to play everyday. I have submitted now 4 crash reports today and many more over the season. My pc is fine and nothing has changed but the only thing that has changed is the wifi that has been a bit slow but not bad enough for it to crash anything else. Help.
