have a problem, when I claim amulets or fame in the ubisoft club challenges, it gives me an error and does not give me any type of reward, I already claimed 7 challenges, 3 of amulets and 4 common fame and they do not give me an error of "sorry Come back later". I would appreciate if you fix this because fame does not interest me at all but the amulets are exclusive and I will no longer be able to have them because of a bug.

We are aware of some challenges not adding rewards to accounts that is currently under investigation. If you have completed challenges and not received those rewards can I ask you to send me screenshots showing that the challenges are complete and claimed with your username displayed in the images please? Thanks.
