Hello everyone, this issue was reported as resolved for players affected by this in late December.

If this is not the case for you and you are not game sharing on console, please make sure to contact us through our Support websites with your proof of purchase for the Game Pass.

This will need to show your account name, date and transaction ID and will need to be uncropped.
