And when I used "R6 Tracker" to check my ranking, I found that my record was all cleared, and restarting the game did not restore my ranking. In addition, when I played a ranked match, my game number was displayed as One, the score is calculated again.

Thanks for the translation. A rank reset can occur when too many high MMR rollbacks are being issued. This is working as intended. Please follow this link for more info.

I'm afraid we can't undo this, as it's all managed by in game systems that we can't override and have no ability to adjust players ranks manually. I apologise for any disappointment or frustration caused from this.
