[2023] Sound dissapearing and game crashes right after.

I have started to experience sound crashing ingame all of a sudden my sound dissapears and about 10 seconds after the game crashes after that i cant hear discord or anything.
Ive tried to uninstall the game files and the whole game, Also interigating game files updated sound drivers. And all ive searched up doesnt work for me. My friend has experienced the same problem but it worked for him to play with speakers instead. If anyone is experiencing these problems please help if u know what it possibly could be.
