[2021] [Missing Content]Esports packs

I have been following the progress of the Twitch drops recently and I haven't had a problem with them until today when I checked the drops website where it said that I had received 4 esports packs. I have been keeping twitch streams open for many hours a day and it seemed correct about the amount of drops that I had received. However when I logged into the game I only had 2 of these 4 packs. Is this an error, or do I receive these packs later? Another strange thing is that three of these packs were given at the same time yesterday, and even if this is a problem, I have definately been watching for most times of the day and I should have received those 4 packs. I have attached the screenshots of the drops website. Unfortunately I opened the two packs so I cannot send the screenshots of those, but the items are in my inventory.
This is very strange and I don't know what's going on.

As long as you've received notifications in Twitch / Drops, the content will be on it's way to your account, we do kindly ask for player patience throughout the event while content is distributed as there may be periods of delay.

If following the event, these two packs still haven't been added, please contact us directly via our Support Site or you can also reach us on Facebook and Twitter so we can take a look

The information provided has been passed along over to our development team regarding the matter and we will see what we can do however in the meantime, as Ubi-TheBerry suggested, there is a possibility for your pack to be slightly delayed before having the ability to receive it in-game however you should receive it nonetheless. On the other hand - if you do not receive it, reach out to us directly (as we will need to discuss account related details) and we will be happy to have a look!

I can now confirm that we have received a number of players experiencing the exact same issue issue as yours and investigation has been opened by our development team who will review this matter further.

As advised earlier, this is the matter that our development team is already reviewing and we will see what we can do, therefore apologies about the inconvenience and we will keep you updated.

Please note that you should receive one pack per 5 hours of watch time and there is a possibility that you may receive notifications for more despite not qualifying for the reward.
