I keep getting thrown out of the game and then I join back and it happens again now I'm banded for 24 hours because I get an error

If you do continue to experience this, so that we could look into the matter further, can I ask you to clarify the following:
1. Do you happen to receive any error code at all? If so, can you advise us what it is?
2. Since when did you start experiencing the issue?
3. Is that something you will regularly encounter or is it a rare occasion?
4. Did you notice any consistencies that may be helpful in case if we need to reproduce the issue, for example whether connection error only occurs after you do certain actions in-game or whether it's possibly related to any particular map?
5. What is the console model you play on?
