[2020] [Ubisoft Connect]Im not getting twitch drops pt2

Hey y'all, I've been watching the November 2020 major and for some reason I am not getting any of the drops. My accounts are connected, and I also reconnected them because that was recommended for me to do, and still nothing. The last thing I got was the silver charm and that was a week ago. I watched all 3 days of streams for the November major, which totals to something like 26 hours, and I want my credit for that so I can get the rest of the drops. And it's not that drops aren't going to my account, it's that twitch isn't recognizing I've gotten any drops at all. Anyone else having the same problem and anyone know how to fix it? also just to clarify, I got the silver charm a week ago and those 26 hours were from watching the NA major, after I already got the silver charm (13 hours i believe)
