I had a report in a while ago about an issue i was having with rainbow six siege, when ever trying to load the game it would try loading then just quit out and never let me get in, after trying to get a refund which you wouldn't give and then trying to resolve the issue which never happened i decided i would just stop playing. Now my brother has a PC and loves this game so i wanted to play with him, i was hoping this issue would of been resolved by its self now but it hasn't, i like to think I'm fairly tech savy but this has got me stumped.

Iv'e tried 
exemptions with anti virus.
Updating my PC drivers and all 
updating the game
running the file checker on steam
loading on ubisoft and steam 
uninstalling and reinstalling countless times
my PC is way over spec for the game also so that's not the issue

Please if any one can help i would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you for reaching out, I'm sorry to hear you're still having issues running the game!

Could you please confirm the specs of your PC (GPU, CPU, RAM, OS, Laptop / Desktop)?

As you've given our basic steps a try, some other steps I'd like to suggest are;

  • Running the game as an admin
  • Performing a Clean Boot before launching the game
  • Performing a System File Check on your PC
  • Having the game and Ubisoft Connect installed on the same drive


If you continue to have issues following these steps, feel free to reach out to us directly via a Support Case and attach your DxDiag and MSinfo system files, as this will allow us to take a closer look into what else may be preventing the game from launching.
