[2021] [Crash/Freeze]crash in the start of rank and can't reconnect

so it happen on some map. such as canal and it only happen in y6 not last year.(only happen while ranking)
the thing is. i joined a ranking. and ban few operator then got disconnected. nothing show up just the game freeze for a second and disconnected and i open the game back on again and rejoin the match but it disconnect while loading the map. this thing have happen to me for like 4 time and i kept losing elo caz it please fix

Hey there, crispy_chump. I'm really sorry to hear this is happening. This sounds like it could be from a number of things. First, I'd like to have you ensure that any unnecessary background applications are disabled while playing.

Aside from that, I'd like to also have you ensure the connectivity steps found here are completed, as well. This can help in the case that this is simply a connection issue.
