Hi there,
Have a problem. I bought 2 of your games through Steam and it linked to some old account was created long time ago and I didn't use for a long time (basically forgot and just play the game without bother about it).
At the same time recently I've created the account in Ubisoft to buy directly 2 other games. The problem now is that I have 2 account different nicknames.

QUESTIONS:
1. Can You help to combine these 2 account into 1 or eliminate one of the account but move all games into 1 account?
2. I tried to buy some product in Siege (launched through Steam), but it fails due to some country limitations. Not sure does it related to above problem... but maybe You can also advise some solution for it since you read till this moment

We cannot merge the accounts but we can potentially help you to transfer the games from one account to another, yes. You will need to contact our support team directly to discuss this. I'm not sure what you mean by does your 2nd point relate to the above problem? Where does it fail? Are you trying to buy credits in-game?
