I play unranked match with randoms. On the sixth round, everything stucks for a few seconds and i could only turn the camera. Then I got kicked to the main screen and without the ability to reconnect, I got a ban on ranked and unranked matches for abandoning team.

If you have disconnected recently from a game, after experiencing a big lag spike and your whole team disconnected too, we would like to ask you a few questions, as we currently have an investigation into this.
