So recently I decided to play rainbow six siege again on the pc with my new computer. After playing one round and selecting my operator, my computer shuts down and restarts. This has been happening every single time I load up the game.
I can play every other game at max settings (cyberpunk 2077, CoD Warzone) and I don't have a problem at all with the other games, they run just fine. What is the problem? is R6S just a really power consuming game? I heard that changing the ingame settings dont lead to computers shutting down.

I also checked my CPU and GPU temps, and they were coming out fine. To be sure I went into my "Processor power management" and increased the minimum and maximum processor state

Here are the specs:

GPU: Nvidia Geforce RTX 3080 Trinity D6X 10GB
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core Processor 3.70 GHz
Motherboard: ASUS PRIME B550M-A
Installed RAM: 16.0 GB (15.9 GB usable)
System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Power: FOCUS GOLD GM-850 Modular

I have searched everywhere and I have tried every "setting tweak" on steam, but nothing seems to fix the game. Could someone help me with this issue? or recommend other possible "fixes"
Thank you

Hello SkynetDDS, thank you for posting.

As your issue is about lag rather then the game crashing and restarting I have responded to you other post in the thread you made here -

Please take a look at my reply in that thread when you have a moment, thank you.
