I have bought Ghost Recon Future Soldier on Ubisoft Connect and also have a Ubisoft+ subscription. I played the game and for some reason, the G36C reward isn't unlocking for Rainbow Six Siege.

Hey @gapeson, I'm sorry to hear that you're having this issue with the reward and I'd like to help!
Just to check, have you launched and played both games on the same account? If not, please do so and make sure that's been done before trying to claim the reward again. Once that is completed and you have gameplay for both games on your account, we can clear the Ubisoft Connect cache for good measure. If you're still unable to claim the reward after that, please let me know and I'll be happy to help you further
