I bought siege so I could start playing on pc but the other day It wouldn't work, They were only in the installed section and were gray, when I got in it said something about an activation code. Then Uplay didn't work on my computer. I fixed that but I tried to delete it and redownload it but then I realized that I couldn't and now I don't have siege and wasted my money could I get it back or a refund please. That would be great

It sounds like you were signed in on the wrong account, this would explain why the games were showing as installed in your library but greyed out because they can only be played from the account they were purchased on. I can tell you they have not been purchased on this account you've contacted us on here.
