I havent played Rainbow Six for a few months and when I booted the game up today someone had changed my avatar and my account was apparently perma banned for cheating. Someone cheated using my account. Is there some way to reaccess my account? Lift the ban?

If you are able to open a case or contact us via social media we will be able to look at this further
