I regularly get kicked from the game from timeouts (yes, I check my internet connection every time, its not the issue).
With the current state of the EU servers, i dont understand why i am getting sanctioned for "leaving a ranked game" just because I got disconnected in the last round of a match.
This has been a reacurring issue.
I would recomend the time sanctions being removed when being disconnected from the game. I very much understand that this could be abused by griefers, but I dare to claim that the current leaving players are mainly populated by people getting kicked off the EU servers. This would reduce the frustration many EU players experience with the current server issues.
