Hello Ubisoft. I'm sending you this message & I hope you reply but this issue has been happening to my Rainbow Six Siege account recently. When I boot up the game, all my operator headgears, uniforms, weapon skins, attachments, charms, attachment skins & settings have mysteriously reset themselves for no apparent reason. This has happened five times to my account but this season it has happened three times & it's really annoying to re-equip all my skins & redo all my settings. I needed to inform you to ask to help make sure this never happens to my account again.

In my experience, this happens for 1 of 2 reasons -
1. Corrupt save file. This means that every time you launch the game, your loadouts will reset
2. This has been affecting players that attend our most recent events, such as Showdown, Grand Larceny and Golden Gun
Have you noticed any particular pattern as to when this happens, or has it started to happen every time you launch the game?
