I sent a support ticket about my Year 1 operators going missing despite of me owning them before, 4 days later (Nice 48 hour estimated reply) I received a reply saying after checking out my account I should have them and asked a screenshot proof, I sent them proof that I don't have them (With my name included just in case) and never received a reply since.
I thought there was a bug or something so I decided to send another ticket around 10 days later and for almost 6 days it's still considered "New" with not a single reply, I tried my chance with the Twitter support as well at the same time and no still nothing. The live chat is not working either, no matter what category I choose the live chat option disappears. This is the single worst support department I have ever seen.
