I'm sorry that your game is getting stuck and not loading up properly. To start with, please verify your game files if you haven’t yet. This will help check if any files have become corrupted during the installation/download of the game, and caused the game to not launch properly. Next, go ahead and run through the steps in our guide here. If you still have issues with this, I would also recommend that you make sure both the launcher and the game are installed on the same drive. Preferably, they should be installed on your OS/C drive.
