[2021] [Missing Content]Unable to Switch Data Center / No "My Games" Folder

Hi, I've played Siege for several years and in the past have switched my Data Center manually. I bought a new computer about a year ago and I definitely did some weird thing when it came to installing games and things in different places, and I somehow do not have a "My Games" folder anywhere on my computer. I've searched for just "GameSettings.ini" in my search directory and nothing comes up, same goes for when I search "Rainbow Six - Siege."

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I'm connected to South Central despite living in South Florida, and my ping hovers around 50-60 while it takes me upwards of 5 minutes to connect to games.
