I was false banned for cheating a couple of months ago and still have not been unbanned. I was level 170 and had spent a LOT of money on the game, so when I was banned I was shocked. I made an appeal asking for any evidence that they had against me so I could explain any type of situation and they said "After an investigation was conducted regarding your ban, it was confirmed that the code of conduct was breached. Therefore, the ban was unable to be lifted from your account". This basically prove to me that ubi don't care about their community. I emailed again and they said "It appears that your ban appeal has already been officially denied by our team and therefore we cannot review it again". They did not show any evidence of me so called cheating and they have left the account in the dust.

Hello @kz-r thank you for reaching out to us. Players can appeal a game ban on their account and ask our agents to double check their ban was applied correctly, by creating a support case with us. Please note, you can only appeal a ban once on your account once however.
