[2021] [Gameplay]I can't hear my team mates

Hello, I ran into a problem while playing Rainbow 6 Siege. I can't hear or sometimes hear my team mates, but very quietly. I have the voice chat volume set to maximum in the game settings. I don't know what to do about it and I can't communicate with the team. Please help.
