I bought this game on Uplay when it went on sale, but i have steam credit i would like to use to buy credits and other bundles. How can i do this if im playing on uplay?

If you purchased the game in Uplay and not Steam, I'm afraid you're unable to use your Steam Wallet for in-game content. Only games purchased in Steam go through Steam's billing system.
