I have something wrong with my keybindings, I am unable to find the correct key to assign a movement for ZERO on his gadget, i can't switch views.

As you can see from the image it looks like my mouse wheel is the correct button but that is my jump button.

Can anyone please tell me for windows keyboard player what binding i need to select to change it so i can utilize the switching of view?

Thanks.

I just dont know how to assign a different key to the Zero gadget?
Hello!

I believe this function simply uses your jump key binding, so it will always be the same as jump.

Leave this with me! I'll test it myself and get back to you later today

On my config the space bar switches the wall sides on zeros gadget.

Space is only bound to "character controls: crouch & change rappel stance" and "Observation tools: Jump".
If I bind any Secondary key to these options the cam won't switch on either.

But it switches key if I change the "Oberservation tools: Jump" primary bind... but just on primary.

Hey!

I'm not able to test this as quickly myself. Would it be possible to provide a short video presenting this issue?

No problem I finally managed to test it myself with my work from setup. It wasn't easy, but I got there!

I'll notify the dev team that the secondary key binding does not work.

@A9933u775WU As 'disappointingly' confirmed above, the correct key binding is Observation Tool > Jump.

I told the dev team this was a disappointingly bug, but they may have misinterpreted what I meant :/

Anyhow the fame has gone to my head and I'm being sent a case of beer, so I say we accept it and just... move on

Hi, thanks for looking into this and actually noticing there is an issue.

Most support staff (not talking about here) would probably write one particular comment off, but you did your due diligence, kudos for being on the ball and having the desire to help.

Much appreciated.

Is there anything I can do i in the mean time to get it to work or do i need to wait for a patch?
I appreciate the kind words, thank you very much!

I'm sorry if it sometimes feels that we're not offering a personalised support. We do the very best we can to give a high quality answer while also covering a wide variety of games, so my apologies if our responses are sometimes lacking depth. I've had my energy drink today so everyone is receiving an essay!

I'm going to steal 'disappointingly's credit again here because that's just the type of person I am. The primary key binding for Observation > Jump should work perfectly fine, so just change that to whatever you prefer.

Let me know if it doesn't seem to work as intended however, and we can discuss it

Thanks again!

Thanks again for the help.

If it works, you won't hear from me, if it doesn't I will let you know.
Hey again, sorry for the delay on my side!

Sounds good to me I hope everything is operating smoothly.

Goodbye for the time being!
