[2022] cant buy credits on seige

i tried to buy credits before on my card but it didn't work and so i used the wallet which did work, when i went to buy the credits it said this purchase failed try again in a few moments and after an hour it still said it and i couldn't buy any until abt 3-4 hrs later which was annoying. This time i added money to my wallet and tried to purchase once and it said i tried too many purchases and then i tried this morning abt 9 hrs later and it still says the same thing. Also im on pc if thats important.
