[2020] Did not receive Twitch Drops / Streamer Charm

I did everything necessary to get Shroud's charm on r6 linked both my uplay and twitch accounts and enabled twitch drops and subbed to Shroud havent got anything for at least 10 hours and still nothing I have everything linked right cuz I successfully claimed my twitch prime loot a few weeks or months ago.
Could I get some help from the Ubisoft team pls?
