Performance mode shoud be 120fps and resolution at 60fps. Even with resolution mode my game fps is over 120fps and i am getting screen tearing and stuff as my tvs 60hz. I tried everything but fps is only 60 when i am in the menus as soon as the game starts it jumps to 120fps +.
