So I submitted a ban appeal on the ubisoft website and the support person said they have sent the case to escalation now how long does the investigation take. I was playing custom game and randomly i got a message that I have been banned for multiple cheating attempts when I have never cheated in my life, It is a 6 year account where I have spent over $500 on the account on skins and more so risking cheating on the account i spent soo much money on makes no sense. can anyone shed some light on how long ban investigations take,

It is difficult for me to provide you with an ETA as our queues are incredibly dynamic and the time required is constantly changing.
