You shouldn't require a key to launch, the game binds to your Ubisoft account after activation. I can see that your Epic account is linked and it does appear to be activated in your library. Have you installed and launched the game from the Epic launcher and not Uplay? The game needs to be installed and launched from the platform it was purchased on whilst Uplay is open. Also please ensure that you are signed in to Uplay with the same account you've contacted us on here. I'd also recommend verifying your installation on Epic Games.
