I was just casually playing a game of siege yesterday and after I died I hit a random button on my keyboard while trying to clean it. After I hit this random key the game just crashed out of nowhere. I didnt think much of it so I simply restarted my game but it would never get past the startup screen, you know the one with hibana and wamai on the cover. Ive tried everything I could to solve this without messing with the game files. Ive reinstalled R6 with no success. Ive done everything I could find online to try and fix this bug. Like verifying game files, didnt work. Messing with Ubisoft connect settings, didnt work. I dont know if Im an idiot and just missing something crucial but Im absolutely clueless on how to solve this problem. Some help would be greatly appreciated.
You've already tried verifying the game files, but please have a look at our troubleshooting guide anyway - you'll also want to make sure you've turned off unnecessary background programs (maybe that random key started up some sort of process?), and updated your OS and drivers, which is all described in the guide.
If that doesn't work, can you tell me if the program is crashing out to your desktop? Or if it's just freezing and you need to manually close it?
