Hi, little frustrated at the minute. We have 2 Xboxs in the house the main Xbox has brought siege and the other Xbox has just recently downloaded it to game share. The game loads but we cant play any multiplayer on the 2nd Xbox as it needs us to make an account on Ubisoft club. We download the Ubisoft club app on the Xbox and click launch but it just stays stuck on the Ubisoft club screen when we try to open it. Weve reset the console. Deleted the app cleared cache. Has anyone any ideas on it as we have ran out of them.

Hello everyone!

From your descriptions it seems as though it is the linking stage we are having issues with. If we can get round that, you should be able to play.

I have a trick that will hopefully help for you all -

1. Go to the Ubisoft Club website: https://club.ubisoft.com/ and make sure you're signed out
2. Click to Sign in
3. Select the Xbox icon and sign in with your Xbox account details

If your Xbox account is already linked to a Ubisoft account, it will sign you in without issues. If not, it will ask you which Ubisoft account you would like to link it to.

I hope that helps but let me know if the issue remains despite your accounts being linked.

- Image of your console’s network settings
- Image of your router’s port forwarding page
- Image of the Ubisoft Club connection error

Once we receive that information, we will be able to better identify what may be preventing you from connecting to the Ubisoft Club.
