I just bought the Rainbow Six Siege Operator Bundle and before buying the game I did have trouble logging into my account as my passwords and emails were messed up. After I logged in I bought the game and I open ubisoft connect boot up the game to see this.

There is no way to bypass the wait time, but you should be able to log in normally after 24 - 48 hours.
