I recently got back into Rainbow Six Siege only to find out that you need to link a phone number to your account in order to play ranked. I followed the instructions and set up phone authentication, but I still cannot play ranked. I am level 70, high enough to play in ranked, and also have Verizon, a supposedly supported provider compared to T-Mobile which does not have phone compatibility with Rainbow. Is there a step I missed? I waited a few hours at this point, have restarted my game and PC, but nothing seemed to be working. Some help would be much appreciated

Please can you double check the account your have linked your phone number to is the same one as the account you are playing the game on. Double check the usernames and the spelling of it. You may have made a 2nd account with a similar username and email address by mistake. If you need further support with this, we'll need to speak to you on a private channel (listed below) with it being related to account information.
