Hi, throughout the past two seasons on the R6 Test Servers I've reported 20 bugs with 3 of them being acknowledged and fixed. It's now been a couple of weeks since then and I still haven't received the Frost Raptor Legs Charm, although it says given out every other Friday. I've already tried contacting support and at first, they said they would be able to help but then couple days later I was messaged back saying they can't do anything about it. Does anyone have any ideas on what I could do? Thanks
