[2023] Cross Progression: Error - This profile is already linked to another user

Hello,

I have a problem I keep encountering, also I hope it's okay I'm posting this here: I haven't not found a fix for my problem anywhere else.

So... I have always used the same email-adress. Now that I try to link my Playstation account on the Ubisoft website it gives the above error. I don't know what to do, also I have a lot of progress on my Playstation account, not on my Steam. It would be very very very nice to have all the operaters I'm used to on Playstation available on my Steam acocunt.

Can anyone help me out?
