[2023] Cross Progression and Support ticket

I have an issue with the cross progression when i linked my ps to my pc account nothing got transferred from my ps4 account to my pc account and when i launch r6 on the playstation it shows my pc items and stuff but when i relink my ps4 account back to its original account my ps4 stuff is back on my ps4 but doesn't work when im trying to link it to my pc account i also contacted ubi support with a ticket and i get a response however they only respond once and never respond again i know i linked my accounts right but im still not getting a response from ubisoft
