please help me!
i can't play rainbow six siege because this error.
i already test all the method on ubisoft forum and ubisoft support page.
this error already occurred about 1 month ago but still, i can't play multiplayer but the single player mode is still playable.
can someone help me please??

Hello @PISANGK3JU thank you for getting in touch about this error code.

As you are playing on PC could you please open your gamesettings.ini file in a text editor, then change the value "UseProxyAutoDiscovery" from 0 to 1 and then save this file. This was known to help some players on PC prevent the 4-0 error codes from occurring in-game.

Whilst we can not guarantee you will never see this error code again and disconnection, you shouldn't be experiencing it every day on each game session.
