This is not yet possible, I'm afraid.

With our release of Ubisoft Connect, we are starting to release games with cross-platform features such as Hyper Scape and Assassin's Creed Valhalla. However, Rainbow Six Siege does not take advantage of these features at this time.

For that reason, your progress will only be accessible on the PS4 and it's not possible to play with friends between platforms.
