Hello, i bought yesterday Tom Clancy's Rainbow six siege via Instant Gaming. I got redem code and i add it in my Ubisoft client. I downloaded the game and install. After that, i tried to play multiplayer but i couldn't. All multiplayer modes are locked and i got this message: we have disabled this game mode. Also, i can't login in my Ubisoft client in the game. I got error and message try again later. Can you please help me and explain what is problem with my new game.

@bane234 Hey there! It looks like Instant Gaming is not on our approved list of vendors.

We recommend purchasing our downloadable games directly from either the Ubisoft Store or companies that have a digital distribution agreement with Ubisoft.

If you choose to purchase a Ubisoft game from a disreputable or questionable online retailer, you risk buying an invalid or illegally-obtained key, which could end up revoked, or have issues like the one you're experiencing here.

This being said, however, to remedy this, I'd attempt the following:

  1. Reinstalling your Game
  2. Verifying your Game files.


As far as being unable to login to the Client, can you tell me the exact error that you are receiving?
