[2021] Display resetting every time I launch the game

I have a laptop but I connected a monitor to it, which I have set as the main display on windows and other games. On R6S though, the game always launches onto my laptops screen instead of my main monitor. I go to the display settings and graphics settings on siege every time to change my settings to match my monitor, but they always reset every time I launch the game.

As of recently, the game would now launch, I go to settings to set the display to my main monitor, and then the game minimizes and it won't let me open the window back up.
