there was this glitch that kept happening hat every time i tried to open an alpha pack it would take me back to home screen and not let me open the alpha pack, this time it happened again and dosent let me open my alpha pack at all even after i restarted the game,i dont know if its just a glitch or bad luck but about 6 alpha packs i opened they were all green. please help
Hello @peppatope2 we are aware of issues of Alpha Packs not opening in the past, but this was found to be a visual issue where the players would receive the item in their inventory.
Have you been able to check your inventory for any new items or extra renown the game has given you recently?
