Hello i purchase Hibana skin, and her ability gun skin is not showing, after try to verify files in game and after patching, i start custom game and skin appears, then i start unraked game and skin not showing.
I try to restart game few times, and still didnt work, can someone tell me can i fix it?

First and foremost, may I check what is the skin you're referring to? Also, do you possibly happen to have video footage of this or could share screenshots of what it appears in-game as after you've equipped it?
