[2020] [Bug/Glitch]After alt tabbing back into game sometimes I can't move or use keyboard.

This has happened with a few other FPS games before but it happens the most with Siege. I've noticed that after alt tabbing out of game and then coming back sometimes I encounter a bug where I can't move my character or use my keyboard at all. The only thing that fixes this is restarting the game. It's gotten so bad that I literally have to play lone wolf T hunt before I queue for ranked because if I do I will have to restart my game in order to move. I've had this issue for over a year now and im at my wits end with this.

Does anyone know what might be happening?
