I keep trying to launch siege and it doesn't let me, I've been trying to cross-save and it says when I launch it that items that I have bought on the steam account will go to the playstation account, which is what i want. Then it says something about the purchases not being authenticated.

I'm sorry to hear you're encountering these issues. It is important to link your Playstation account to the same Ubisoft account you used for your Steam games - otherwise the progress won't sync up correctly.
