self explanatory

I played around a week ago with my friend and all was good until I got hammered for absolutely no reason while playing normally by the anti cheat.Im totally new to the game which means im barely able to understand the characters and the game itself, let alone getting into cheating which is far beyond my capabilities.
On top of that I was also on esport internet cafe where you cant cheat at all, even if you wanted to.
Like I wouldn't really care this much about it but the thing thats actually pissing the **** out of me is that I made a ticket as soon as it happened and no one bothered to respond or even take a look at it.Its been a ******g week and thats totally embarrasing.I actually paid for this game, it didnt come free so I have every right in the ******g world to complain.Fix this **** ASAP

i legit couldnt think of any other way to contact ubisoft.they seem way too unbothered to deal with legit cases that require immediate attention.Instead they probably answer stupid questions from players like "How to reload gun"
