I bought the Rainbow Six Siege: Year 7 Deluxe Edition on Steam in preparation for the Year 7 update which would include cross progression between consoles and PC. Upon downloading Rainbow Six Siege on December 7th, I expected to have the Year 2 Operators package downloaded - a DLC I bought as part of the Year 7 Deluxe Edition - and it states on the game's Notifications section that the content is available, and that the "privelege has been activated." However, upon linking my Ubisoft account to transfer my PS4 progression to my new PC account, these priveleges have disappeared, and now I only have the Year 1 and Year 2 operators I bought through my PS4 progression previously, rather than all the operators I should have received through the DLC. It states on the FAQ that the operators purchased through either account will be included in the cross progression - so I should have the Year 1 and Year 2 Operators Package as I spent extra money on getting the Year 7 Deluxe Edition when buying Rainbow Six Siege through Steam. I thereby requests that Ubisoft can re-activate the DLC privelege for me on my Rainbow Six Siege account - the same as my Ubisoft account. If anyone could help, this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hey @A_Wackertack,

Thanks for reaching out, apologies for the delay in getting back to you!

I can see you've since refunded the Steam version.

Just checking in to see how you're getting on and if you have any further cross-progression issues or queries?
