This sounds exhausting to deal with, and I apologize for the inconvenience that has been caused. Moving forward, have you tried clearing your Xbox's cache? Due to the growing amount of data your cache can hold, certain games or the console itself can get bogged down and cause specific technical problems. You can clear your cache by unplugging your console from the wall, waiting at least two minutes, then plugging it back in and restarting the game.
