Hello R6 community. I am a Rainbow Six Siege Xbox player and I have the digital version of the R6. Every time I am in a game, in the middle of it, my game audio cuts out and goes silent and then after 30 seconds to a minute of no sound, my game crashes. I have had this glitch for about 4 months and I haven't played since due to the issue. I have uninstalled and re-installed my game numerous times and I've reset my xbox numerous times also. Please help me because I really miss playing this game.

Hi VirtuosoSnail3! I'm extremely sorry to hear about the problems you've experienced in Rainbow Six Siege. This sounds exhausting to deal with, and I apologize for the inconvenience that has been caused. Moving forward, have you tried clearing your Xbox's cache? Due to the growing amount of data your cache can hold, certain games or the console itself can get bogged down and cause specific technical problems. You can clear your cache by unplugging your console from the wall, waiting at least two minutes, then plugging it back in and restarting the game. Aside from that, please make sure you have completed everything else in our Xbox troubleshooting guide!

If those steps do not help, can you let me know if you've noticed this with any other games? Also, please don't hesitate to contact our support team if a member on the forums does not get back in touch soon enough.
