Literally in the last 59 seconds of round 9 in a ranked game my game froze and crashed. When I restarted I had a 30 minute abandon sanction. This doesn't seem fair. Also I KNOW we won because I was in a discord chat with the other four members. Is there any way to get the MMR back? I feel cheated.

We don't have the ability to override the outcome of the match, or the MMR gained / lost. The best course of action is for us to try to understand why the crash happened, and prevent it from happening again.
- Do you often experience crashes, or was this an individual occasion?
- Do you recall if you received any particular error message?
