[2020] Receiving less MMR after placements

I was playing a game on bank and the game glitched out and skipped banning phases. After the game my team won and i only got 25 elo and this was probably my 4th game after placements. Every game after that i only get 25 elo/mmr and its making it hard to rank up. I went from getting 70-80 elo a match to 25 and Ive only played 40 games now in total. This has been happening after my 14th game.
